As a Kia Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for being a true expert on all the new and used vehicles in our inventory. You will greet customers in the showroom, respond to online vehicle inquiries, educate those customers on vehicle features and benefits, and address all customer needs. Take pride in your work knowing that you are making a person's dream of owning a car come true! Of course, being a car enthusiast is helpful. In this role, you will need to: Become an expert on all new and used Kia vehicles, as well as any off-brand used vehicles in our inventory Have a strong writing ability to be able to convey detailed information though email Fulfill Kia University certification requirements Maintain constant communication with other staff members on the status of customer appointments and inquiries Achieve customer satisfaction objectives Communicate with customers online and over the phone Maintain high ethical standards and exceed customer expectations Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future of the automotive industry You should have: Experience in customer service Good math, verbal, and writing skills Experience in internet sales or car sales a plus
