Retail Sales Representative

Retail Sales Associate Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
• Knowledge of technology products, such as wireless devices, is a plus
• Bilingual skills (English and [additional language]) are an asset
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
