Job Description

Wychmere Beach Club, Cape Cod's premier event destination, is seeking to add a full-time year-round Client Specialist to our team. The Client Specialist performs a number of daily tasks focused in support of the Sales and Events teams at Wychmere Beach Club. This individual will assist with greeting guests to the property for sales meetings, tours, or day of events. They also assist with the processing of incoming sales leads for new events and provide support to our event planning specialists. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the world of high-end event sales and planning. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people as they will be highly visible to our guests and the key point of contact to ensure a warm and engaging arrival experience.
Schedule:
5 days a week: Thursday through
Monday Job Type:

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
1-2 Years' experience in hospitality industry or recent hospitality/event management graduate preferred Proficient in Computer Skills- Microsoft Office, Triple Seat, etc. Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills Require ability to work weekends and evenings as needed Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Core Duties:
This is intended to represent the key duties for this position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist Event Specialists with set up and execution of events such as guest drop offs, ceremony rehearsals, weddings, and corporate and social events Coordinate and distribute potential leads to Sales Team on a daily basis to ensure timely responses Welcome clients upon arrival for tours and assist Sales Team with tour needs Create and maintain accurate client files with event information and data Understand the operational flow of the venues and service standards Review and understand all BEO's for events per Wychmere Standards and attend weekly BEO meetings Work cohesively with the Venue Operations team Perform other duties as requested by
