Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team at our new state-of-the-art BMW/Audi/VW location in Lenox, MA. This role reports to the BDC manager. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will play a key role in driving sales opportunities for our BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen brands by responding to internet leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities Respond promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, text messages, and chat leads. Follow up with prospective customers using dealership CRM tools. Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales department. Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs. Conduct outbound calls to unsold prospects, previous customers, and marketing campaign leads. Meet and exceed appointment-setting and customer satisfaction goals. Coordinate with sales managers and consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about current BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen promotions and inventory. Qualifications 1-year automotive call center experience Previous BDC, call center, customer service, sales, or automotive experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and basic computer applications. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic. Ability to work evenings and weekends as required. Compensation $55,000-$75,000+ annually (base pay plus performance incentives), depending on experience and performance.
