The Leadership Development Associate works in-store, mastering AT&T's cell phones and data plans while learning to coach, correct, and celebrate with their sales team. As a Leadership Development Associate, your training turns the sales floor into a playground where data plans are toys, customers are playmates, and sales success is just the scoreboard. Next, the Leadership Development Associate will then be on our sales floor, engaging with the beautiful diversity of humanity, or shall we say, our customers who walk through our shop. Every Leadership Development Associate is expected to contribute to both personal sales performance and the overall success of the team. As a Leadership Development Associate, you'll gain firsthand exposure to leadership responsibilities while developing practical sales and coaching skills. Role Responsibilities of the Leadership Development Associate Drive in-store sales growth by showcasing AT&T smartphones and data plans, ensuring every customer interaction highlights the benefits of better connectivity. Support leadership and sales initiatives in person by observing team performance and offering feedback to refine sales approaches. Foster a customer-first culture by modeling effective engagement around 5G speeds and data plan advantages. Assist in onboarding new team members with best practices for demonstrating AT&T devices and explaining plan features clearly. Monitor sales trends to identify opportunities for improving how AT&T mobile solutions are presented to our customers. Collaborate with Leadership Development Associates to execute promotions and events that highlight AT&T's newest devices and data plans. Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development activities. Support team sales objectives while helping create a positive and productive work environment.
