Outside Sales Representative, Trash Pickup Services

About Us Waste Universe is a growing trash pickup company serving both residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base through in person sales and relationship building in the field. This role is a strong fit for someone who is self driven, confident meeting people face to face, and interested in building recurring income through long term customer accounts. What You'll Do Prospect residential and commercial customers in person Follow up on company provided leads Introduce customers to our trash pickup services and pricing Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and local businesses Close new accounts and coordinate handoff to internal support Track sales activity, follow ups, and new opportunities Represent Waste Universe professionally in the field What We Provide Company provided leads Marketing materials and sales support Dedicated support team to assist with onboarding and account setup Residual income opportunities on accounts you bring in Uncapped commission potential Flexibility and independence in the field What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with in person outreach and face to face selling Self motivated and results driven Organized and able to manage follow ups Sales experience is preferred, but not required Experience in waste services, hauling, home services, or B2B sales is a plus Reliable transportation preferred Why Join Waste Universe This is an opportunity to work with a growing company and build a book of business with recurring revenue potential.
