Automotive Salesperson - Spanish Speaking a Plus!

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
• Build strong relationships based on trust, respect, and excellent service
• Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and past customers
• Work as part of a supportive, high-energy sales team
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calls, referrals, and networking
• Negotiate deals to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success
• Upsell products, services, and accessories to enhance the customer experience
• Track leads and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process

What We're Looking For:

• One salesperson who is fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
• Valid driver's license
