We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultants who are passionate about technology and customer service. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experience, driving sales, and helping customers find the best wireless products and services for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Recommend wireless products, services, and accessories based on customer needs. Achieve and exceed sales goals. Develop knowledge of mobile phones, wireless plans, and technology products. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Participate in proactive marketing and community outreach efforts. Generate leads through networking, local events, and customer engagement. Requirements /
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills Outgoing, social, and sales-driven personality Comfortable speaking with new people and prospecting Positive attitude and strong work ethic Basic computer skills Willingness to learn about wireless technology and products. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Must be comfortable working in a quota-based sales environment.
