In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to brides, guiding them through the process of selecting a wedding gown. Duties Assist brides find their wedding gowns and accessories. Provide knowledgeable advice on style, fit, and trends to enhance the customer experience. Communicate with clients via phone and in-person to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers. Stay informed about current bridal trends, designers, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations. Qualifications Strong retail sales experience with a focus on personal shopping. An outgoing, kind and easy-going personality with a knack for meshing well with many different types of people. Ability to keep cool under pressure and handle stressful situations with grace. A proven track-record of dependability on the job. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A strong sense of personal style is a plus. Weekend + evening availability is a must.
