Our newly renovated 10,000 sq. ft. showroom in Newton, MA is a destination for homeowners, designers, architects, and builders seeking best-in-class products and personalized guidance. We're looking for a Kitchen & Bath Sales Design Consultant - someone creative, motivated, and sales-savvy, to elevate the client's experience while driving sales, building a loyal customer base, and fostering lasting industry relationships. What You'll Do Guide clients through showroom experience, showcasing products and possibilities Develop customized design proposals and quotes Manage client relationships from consultation to order fulfillment Collaborate with industry professionals to grow your professional network Execute client orders with precision, ensuring smooth fulfillment Stay current on trends, vendors, and product knowledge through ongoing training Contribute to a supportive, high-energy showroom team What We're Looking For Sales-focused, self-motivated professional with strong follow-through Experience in kitchen & bath sales, design sales, or luxury retail Willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and work ethic Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work Saturdays (9:30 AM-4 PM) and one late evening per week (until 8 PM) A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Why SPLASH?
