Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers. This role involves engaging with clients, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team in a retail environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries. Conduct automotive diagnostics to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately maintained and organized. Utilize retail math skills to assist in pricing and promotions, ensuring competitive pricing strategies. Handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining a balanced cash register. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current products and services, staying informed about industry trends. Assist in training new staff on sales techniques and inventory management practices. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an advantage. Strong skills in inventory management and control are essential. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers. Proven ability to manage cash handling processes efficiently.
