BMW of Peabody , part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, organized and goal orientated individual to join our diverse team as Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinator . If you're someone who excels in customer service and enjoys client interactions, we look forward to speaking with you.

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off

Compensation Plan:

Base hourly rate of $18-$21, plus monthly commission & bonus

What You'll Be Doing:

Requirements:

Previous experience in an Automotive BDC or sales role is a big plus Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong attention to detail Highly organized and dependable Familiarity with a multi-line phone system Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
