• Actively reach out to potential clients through door-to-door visits, community events, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote driveway services
• Conduct informative consultations with homeowners, explaining service options clearly and confidently to meet their needs
• Negotiate pricing and service packages effectively while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and ethical sales practices
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities using organizational tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that attract new clients and enhance brand visibility
• Stay informed about property management trends, real estate law updates, and local regulations affecting driveway installations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Experience
• Proven experience in sales, negotiation, or customer service roles preferred; familiarity with property management or real estate law is a plus
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities effectively
