The Role This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business while managing and growing our existing customer base. You\'ll be the face of Carr Supply in the market
  • out meeting customers, solving problems, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. What You\'ll Do
  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, facilities, municipalities, and property management clients
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
  • Coordinate with inside sales and store teams to ensure seamless service
  • Track activity, pipeline, and results to meet or exceed sales targets What We\'re Looking For
  • Proven outside sales or B2B sales experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Organized with good follow-up and time management skills
  • Experience in hardware, plumbing, electrical, industrial, and janitorial products Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary \$50,000 + commission structure
  • Monthly commission payouts (seasonally influenced)
