Business Development Specialist

Flexo Concepts is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to manage and grow a book of business in the printing and packaging industry. You'll handle the full sales cycle for a defined account base — from prospecting and qualification through close — while building strong relationships with buyers, production managers, and print operators at smaller printing and packaging companies. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a defined book of business in the printing and packaging industry Develop new business through outbound efforts as well as responding to inbound leads or inquiries Support product trials with technical engagement, and provide accurate feedback to internal resources Collaborate with manufacturing, customer experience, marketing, and management to deliver tailored solutions Maintain accurate CRM records Represent Flexo Concepts at trade shows, industry events, and occasional customer site visits (estimated 15-20% travel) Required Qualifications 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience Proven ability to sell to and influence multiple decision makers effectively Excellent communication, networking, and collaboration skills Self-motivated and attentive to detail Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience in the printing and packaging industry or industrial manufacturing is a plus, but not required Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Compensation Base salary: $65,000

Commission:

Performance-based commission with on-target earnings of 20-25% of base salary
