Job Description
Counter Sales Representative Winsupply Seacoast is seeking a full-time Counter Sales Representative to join our team in Salisbury, MA. This position serves plumbing, heating, HVAC, septic, and waterworks contractors by assisting contractor customers at the sales counter, answering phones, entering orders, and helping ensure customers get the products they need to keep their jobs moving. Responsibilities Assist contractor customers at the sales counter Answer incoming phone calls and process orders Enter sales orders and quotes Pick and stage customer orders Assist customers with product selection and availability Coordinate with warehouse and delivery personnel Maintain a clean and organized counter area Learn plumbing, HVAC, heating, septic, and waterworks products Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Industry experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits $23-$27 per hour depending on experience Profit sharing opportunities Health insurance Paid time off Career advancement opportunities Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Day shift About Winsupply Seacoast Winsupply Seacoast is a locally owned distributor serving professional plumbing, heating, HVAC, septic, and waterworks contractors throughout the Seacoast region.
