RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily duties include fielding incoming phone calls generated from internet and traditional advertising Executing pro-active marketing campaigns from the company database working with AI software to handle internet inquiries Sets appointments for Sales Team Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately Working directly with the sales and finance departments to assist customer requests Data mining to ensure customer retention and repeat sales

REQUIREMENTS

Automotive Business Development Experience is preferred but not required, will train Excellent Customer Service Skills Must be able to make multiple phone calls per day Strong Communication Skills required Strong writing skills required Attention to detail required Pleasant and confident phone voice Drive to succeed Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
