High Commission / Uncapped Earning Potential About the Opportunity At The Soak Society Company , we provide top-tier cold plunges designed to elevate recovery and daily health. This fall, we are bringing our mobile showroom to one of the largest fairs in
North America:
The Big E. With over 1.7 million attendees expected, we are building a high-energy sales team to engage crowds, educate fairgoers on the benefits of cold therapy, and close high-ticket sales directly on the fairgrounds. The Role As part of our sales team, you will take ownership of our booth during your scheduled shifts. You will proactively turn curious onlookers into qualified leads and generate on-the-spot revenue in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Crowd Engagement:
    Proactively intercept foot traffic and draw attendees into our wellness space.
  • Product Education:
    Passionately communicate the health benefits of cold plunging, such as muscle recovery and reduced inflammation.
  • Live Demonstrations:
    Walk prospects through cooling and filtration systems and answer technical questions.
  • Lead Generation & Closing:
    Close deals using our POS system and capture high-quality leads for showroom follow-up.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Ensure smooth shift hand-offs and maintain a pristine booth environment. Requirements
  • Sales Experience:
    1-3+ years in direct sales, event marketing, or retail (high-ticket item experience preferred).
  • Flexible Availability:
    Must commit to a minimum of 4 to 5 shifts (8-10 hours each) across the 17-day event, including weekends and evenings.
  • Energy & Stamina:
    Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and maintain high energy in a busy environment.
  • Communication Skills:
    Charismatic, approachable, and able to handle objections confidently.
  • Passion:
