We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing bathroom remodeling company. Our ideal candidate is confident, coachable, and driven to help homeowners transform their spaces — while earning top-tier income based on performance. If you were affected by the recent closure of Newpro and have a proven track record of success, we want to speak with you. What You'll Do Attend confirmed in-home appointments (no cold calling or door knocking). Consult with homeowners, assess their bathroom remodeling needs, and present tailored solutions. Provide accurate quotes and explain our installation process and product options. Build trust with customers through honesty, professionalism, and follow-through. Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and maintain strong closing ratios. Coordinate with our office and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
