In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and selling telecommunications products and services to residential and/or business customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find the right connectivity solutions. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead follow-up. Present and sell telecommunications products and services, including internet, voice, wireless, cloud, and managed solutions. Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions tailored to customer requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. Desired Skills and Qualifications Adaptable and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication abilities Self-motivated, energetic, and organized Experience using CRM software is preferred.
