Job Description:
Advanced Dental Technologies is seeking a detail-orientated, professional, and motivated Customer Success Representative for a full-time position in our dental laboratory located in Stoneham, MA General responsibilities include day-to-day customer service and administrative duties; shipping and receiving operations; and serving as a support system to the production team. This position builds and maintains positive relationships with ADT customers and strives for quality in every aspect of their work. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The position requires an extensive amount of learning and retaining of new information. The applicant must be comfortable with multitasking throughout the day. Answer phones in a professional manner: provide answers, when possible, transfer calls, or take messages Proactively manage outbound customer service calls Manage customer emails Manage inbound and outbound customer cases: enter, update, invoice cases through dental laboratory software Ensure cases are ready by deadline Coordinate inbound and outbound cases Liaising with bookkeeper to ensure all customer accounts are in order Clerical and administrative tasks including copying, scanning, faxing Greet in-person visitors and direct them appropriately
Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:
Customer Service and Administrative experience Technologically proficient with ability to master new software platforms Ability to work individually as well as in teams Strong organizational skills Ability to manage concurrent priorities in a deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Problem-solving skills Willingness to learn Reliable and self-motivated Positive attitude and professional demeanor High school or equivalent
