Job Title:
Sales Representative About Beamshyft:
Beamshyft is a regional cabinet distributor in New England. Our mission is to streamline the distribution process to lower the cost of housing.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close agreements Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and trust with customers Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

Base Salary:
$42,000-$58.000/year Tiered commission structure with monthly quotas and unlimited upside potential In person in
