We're looking for a self-motivated Inventory & Merchandising Specialist who takes full ownership of how our dealership looks, feels, and presents to customers — both on the ground and online. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love cars (especially cool ones), and take pride in presentation, this role was built for you. About the Role Our inventory is unlike most dealerships. You'll work hands-on with everything from high-end Mercedes-Benz and BMWs to Lamborghinis, McLarens, and Porsches . This role is critical to how our inventory is staged, photographed, and front-line ready. You'll be trusted to run the lot , not just work on it. What You'll Do Take full ownership of lot appearance, organization, and flow Ensure all new and pre-owned vehicles are: Clean Properly staged Presented to brand standards Manage the vehicle photo process , ensuring used inventory is photographed and online within 4 days of arrival Take used-car photos (or learn — we'll train the right person) Apply and verify all required vehicle materials: Factory Monroney labels Dealer addendums Pricing stickers CPO and product information Verify vehicles are properly plated and equipped Park and rotate vehicles to maximize curb appeal and visibility Replace sold vehicles quickly with incoming inventory Identify and communicate vehicle or lot issues proactively Maintain a clean, organized, debris-free lot Support the sales and management team as needed Who You Are Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Dependable with a strong track record of showing up and following through A team player who takes pride in doing things the right way Comfortable in high-volume dealership environments Passionate about cars — especially performance or luxury vehicles Detail-oriented with high standards for presentation Tech-comfortable and able to use an iPad or smartphone daily Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be 21+ Reliable transportation Manual transmission experience preferred Automotive photography experience (professional or hobby) is a huge plus Able to pass background check and drug screening Schedule Monday through Saturday One set day off during the week + Sundays off Why Independence Nissan of Wellesley?
