We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our top-notch sales team at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Westboro. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and desires. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business. We want professional individuals, eager to learn to help facilitate our rapid growth. We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, individuals with excellent people skills. The ideal candidate has excellent sales and customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, and great communication skills. Excellent customer service and phone skills are a must! Previous Customer Service and Sales experience required. Ability to use e-Leads/CDK and general automotive knowledge is a plus but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate!

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have prior sales and customer service experience. Proven sales experience in the automotive industry or a similar sales role. Knowledge and passion for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed customers' expectations. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Highly professional and dependable Proficient computer and internet skills Must be able to work some nights and weekends as required. We Offer
