K Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries to arrange sales appointments Answer incoming sales and service calls to coordinate appointment scheduling Establish and maintain relationships with clients via phone, text, email, and video while keeping an accurate and up-to-date CRM Conduct outbound follow-up for appointments that were not sold or resulted in no-shows Perform equity mining to identify customers who may qualify for a vehicle upgrade Help achieve monthly sales objectives (sales volume, closing rate, response time, positive client experience, etc.)

Requirements:

Must be performance driven and self-motivated Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient computer literacy and typing capabilities Strong organizational skills with the capacity to adapt quickly and excel in a high-paced setting Professional and personable demeanor Ability to work a flexible schedule including some closing shifts, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
