Job Description
Entry Point International is looking for Business Development Representatives (BDR's) to join our growing company. In this role the BDR's you work as collaborative internal teams to generate sales pipeline and drive revenue for new & innovative technologies in the construction industry. If you have the drive, desire and are willing to put forth the effort we will train you and give you the tools needed to be successful. Entry Point is a rapidly growing startup founded with the mission to disrupt legacy solutions by partnering with leading suppliers of technical products. Through these relationships we educate, generate demand and drive revenue in various industries. Entry Point International's Business Development Representative (BDR) is tasked with helping to sell its products and related services. In doing so, the BDR will engage with prospects to introduce the Company and its Solutions over the phone, in person at marketing events as required and web-based media. The BDR will collaborate with the Inside Sales Director, Independent Territory Reps, and Distributions Partners on the execution of Territory Plans and Identification of Target Accounts. The BDR will actively pursue and cultivate new opportunities in an assigned geographic territory through the use of research, targeted email outreach, networking and cold-calling techniques and pursue in bound leads and tasks identified by our management team. Qualifications (Our Ideal Candidate Has) Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 0-2 years professional experience (this is an entry-level position) Strong work ethic, desire to exceed goals and achieve results; motivated, disciplined and driven • Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiating skills Ability to listen, earn trust, persuade and confidently communicate • High energy, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
