TriCab USA is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Worcester team and support our customers in the wire and cable industry. Job Responsibilities Process sales orders and quotes Proactively liaise with internal stakeholders to update customers on order status Liaise with Warehouse to provide any specific delivery instructions Build and maintain an active understanding of products to assist customers in providing a total solution Develop and establish strong relationships with new and existing customers Contact dormant customers to introduce our products Make appointments for Outside Sales colleagues as required Assist the outside sales team with administrative duties as needed Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders Ability to close sales, upsell, and re-sell products Willingness and ability to learn technical products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Calm and able to work under pressure

Location In Office:

Worcester, MA Salary Range $55,000 - $65,000 annually, with eligibility for profit sharing after 6 months.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
