Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Jewelry Consultant/Sales Associate and become a key ambassador for our stunning collection of jewelry pieces. In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, showcase our exquisite products through dynamic demos, and provide exceptional service that turns shoppers into loyal clients. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create memorable shopping experiences, driving sales and elevating our brand presence. Whether assisting with product selections or managing transactions, you'll play a vital role in fostering a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and inspired. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while working in a glamorous, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their jewelry needs through active listening and engaging conversation Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features, craftsmanship, and styling options of jewelry pieces Assist customers with selecting perfect items, upselling complementary products to enhance their purchase experience Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain attractive merchandising displays, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains inviting, organized and clean. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Educate customers on jewelry care, product details, and current promotions to boost sales opportunities Handle all customer-owned items with care, professionalism and accountability Ability to document customer repair and custom requests Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in jewelry, fashion accessories, or luxury goods Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are highly valued to serve diverse clientele Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math is essential for daily operations Experience in customer service roles that involve upselling or product demos enhances your ability to excel in this position Ability to handle stock management tasks such as stocking shelves and merchandising with attention to detail Knowledge of retail sales operations or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous for adapting quickly to busy periods Willingness to work Saturdays and during holiday/peak retail periods Professional appearance required (no jeans or sneakers during shifts)
