Capital Electric, a distributor of electrical construction materials, is currently seeking an individual eager to start a career in the Electrical Distribution Industry at our Annapolis, MD location. A Counter Sales associate for Capital Electric is responsible for selling product to customers, assisting customers with product selection, and develop customer relationships to ensure Capital Electric remains the Electrical Distributor of Choice.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer phone callsGreet walk-in customersAssist customer with order and provide appropriate product selectionPick customer order from warehouse and bring to counterPrepare customer sales ticket and charge accordinglyPromote and sell company's product promotionsProvide assistance to certain warehouse functionsReach monthly goals in sales and gross marginCourtesy and politeness toward customersMulti-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the dayOther duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications:
High School or GEDSales experience and/or Electrical Knowledge preferred, but will train the right candidateGood and dependable mathematics, verbal, and written communication skillsComputer and MS Office literateAble to lift up to 50 lbs. on regular basis; up to 70 lbs. occasionallyReliable, responsible, and a great work ethic Company DescriptionCapital Electric offers electrical products and services to contractors.
