We provide premium residential services to homeowners who value professionalism, quality, and long-term care of their homes. Our marketing department produces the leads. A lot of them. We feed the lions. Our sales professionals are typically scheduled 3-5 appointments per day, with top performers often running more. You are not sitting in an office cold-calling all day. You are meeting with qualified homeowners at beautiful homes throughout our market, presenting solutions, building relationships, and closing deals. And if you know how to create additional opportunity through referrals, repeat clients, follow-up, database reactivation, and self-generated business, your income potential grows dramatically. The Role As a Home Preservation Specialist, you will: Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments Assess exterior cleaning and preservation needs Present solutions and pricing using company technology Build relationships and trust with clients Generate repeat business, referrals, and additional opportunities Follow up consistently and professionally Help deliver our Signature Superior Service Experience We bring professionalism to an industry that desperately needs it.
