We are looking for these talented and dedicated individuals to join our family. Our team is currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales within an assigned territory by visiting retail locations, building strong customer relationships, securing orders, selling in new items, and ensuring product availability on shelf. This role combines sales, service, merchandising, and territory management, with a strong emphasis on fieldwork and driving between accounts. Employment Benefits & Incentives $50,000-$60,000 based on experience plus quarterly bonus Weekly payroll via Direct Deposit Monthly Car Allowance/ Expenses Reimbursement on Select Travel Benefits Package Including - Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx/Disability/401K Key Responsibilities Sales & Territory Growth Visit assigned retail accounts on a regular schedule to drive sales growth. Solicit and secure orders from store management or buyers. Sell in new products, line extensions, and promotional programs. Identify and fill product voids to maximize distribution and shelf presence. Execute sales plans, promotional initiatives, and strategic priorities. Analyze territory performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue. Retail Execution & Merchandising Ensure shelves are fully stocked, properly rotated, and merchandised according to company standards. Build and maintain secondary displays, end caps, POS materials, and feature placements. Work with store personnel to resolve inventory issues, pricing discrepancies, or outofstocks. Relationship Building Develop strong, productive relationships with store managers, department managers, and staff. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts within the territory. Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and solutions tailored to each retailer's needs. Driving & Territory Management Travel extensively within the assigned territory (daily driving required). Manage schedule, route planning, store visits, and priorities independently. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account interactions, and orders. Minimum Requirements Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in retail sales, route sales, merchandising, or a related field (CPG industry preferred). Strong communication, relationshipbuilding, and negotiation skills. Selfmotivated and comfortable working independently in the field. Ability to lift, move, and merchandise products as needed (typically 20-40 lbs). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficiency with mobile sales tools, CRM systems, or orderentry platforms (preferred).
