As vehicle technology continues to evolve, proper calibration and verification of safety systems have become critical to vehicle safety and liability protection. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our market presence and build strong partnerships throughout the region. Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and educating collision repair facilities, dealerships, and automotive professionals about the importance of proper ADAS calibration services. This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping customers understand how safety technology impacts vehicle repairs and liability. Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and in-person visits Present ADAS Elite's calibration, diagnostic, and consulting services Educate customers on OEM repair procedures and ADAS-related liability concerns Schedule and conduct sales meetings and customer visits Track leads, opportunities, and customer activity using CRM software Follow up on quotes, proposals, and service opportunities Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets Develop and maintain relationships with: Collision repair facilities Auto dealerships Fleet management companies Mechanical repair shops Insurance industry professionals QualificationsRequired 2+ years of outside sales experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and follow-up skills Preferred Automotive industry experience Collision repair industry knowledge Dealership or fleet sales experience Understanding of ADAS technology Existing industry relationships within the Baltimore/Washington market What We Offer Competitive base salary Company-provided sales materials Professional development and industry training Opportunity to become a recognized expert in one of the fastest-growing segments of the automotive industry Supportive team environment Career growth opportunities Why Join ADAS Elite?
