We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business relationships, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth in the construction and industrial sectors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, prospecting, and closing deals while building long-term client partnerships. Successful staffing sales representatives focus on generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and partnering with recruiters to deliver workforce solutions. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. Build relationships with construction contractors, industrial facilities, manufacturing companies, warehouses, and project managers. Conduct site visits to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities. Present staffing solutions including temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and payroll services. Generate and qualify leads, schedule client meetings, and close new accounts. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to identify additional staffing opportunities. Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client staffing needs are met. Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and staffing contracts. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. Track activity and sales opportunities through CRM software. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred. Staffing industry experience strongly preferred. Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or workforce solutions experience is a plus. Proven ability to develop new business and close sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented. Valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation required. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
