Automotive Sales Consultant

Lexington Park Chevrolet Buick GMC is a leading automotive dealership and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customers' needs and preferences, and provide them with detailed information about our vehicle inventory, including features, options, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives to showcase the vehicle's performance and features.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability for the dealership.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value of our vehicles to customers.
• Collaborate with the finance and insurance department to offer additional services such as financing options and extended warranties.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain a strong customer database for future sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required. We welcome individuals with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
