Essential Duties:
- Satisfies the transportation needs of used-vehicle purchasers.
- Approaches, greets, and assists customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Guides customers in selecting a vehicle by understanding their preferences and suggesting suitable options.
- Stays updated on automobile industry terminology, product technology, and incoming inventory.
- Provides comprehensive product information and demonstrations to prospects.
- Offers test drives to all prospects, adhering to dealership procedures.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems effectively.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
- Sets and works towards personal income goals aligned with dealership standards.
- Explains equity, values, and depreciation to customers in a clear manner.
- Facilitates customer meetings with the sales manager.
- Completes paperwork accurately and promptly for closed deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the finance and insurance manager.
- Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring cleanliness and operational features.
- Delivers vehicles to customers, providing comprehensive information on operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Introduces customers to service department personnel, emphasizing service quality and efficiency.
- Schedules first service appointments for customers.
- Follows up on post-delivery items and special requests to meet customer expectations.
- Maintains an owner follow-up system to foster repeat and referral business.
- Implements a prospect development and follow-up system.
- Collaborates with service department and body shop to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning.
- Attends sales meetings to stay informed and contribute to team objectives.
- Assists with the used-vehicle inspection process.
- Maintains a professional business appearance at all times.
- Processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
- Conducts regular reviews and analysis to improve time management and efficiency.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$85,000.00- $195,000.
