Job Description:
Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving sales success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Travel extensively within the designated territory to meet with clients and provide exceptional service. Present and demonstrate products and services effectively to meet client needs. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
