Position Summary FlexTG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Hunt Valley, MD. In this role, you will partner closely with the Sales organization to support business development efforts, manage customer financial and post-sale needs, and ensure a seamless experience for both internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Provide timely follow-up and responses to sales requests and escalations Act as a liaison between customers, end users, and internal teams regarding billing, contracts, and service-related inquiries Prepare reports, documentation, and supporting materials for the Sales team Support region-wide post-sale activities and customer account needs Assist with business development efforts by ensuring smooth operational and administrative support Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently Travel up to 10% as needed Support additional team functions and responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications Background in customer service or customer-facing support role Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Must be able to follow company policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Experience supporting sales teams or working in a post-sales support environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Additional Requirements Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
