Your Typical Day
  • Full cycle selling
  • prospecting, qualifying, discovery meetings, site visits, proposal building, and closing new business in a B2B environment
  • Target key verticals
  • restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long-term care, K-12 schools, colleges, corporate offices, entertainment venues & more
  • Conduct physical visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the applicable local, municipal, and NFPA code requirements
  • Work with prospects in a consultative manner as a life safety expert
  • Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD What Will You Bring?
  • Successful B2B sales experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Controls or Life Safety solutions and service sales experience is a big plus
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Willingness and ability to work with a hands-on approach
  • CRM programs
  • Ability to access plenum areas, rooftops, electrical closets, and mechanical rooms; use of ladders, inspection tools, and camera We love what we do.
