Schedule:
Tuesday•Saturday (9 AM•6 PM) Turn Your Passion for the Road into an $80K Career! We aren't just selling motorcycles; we're selling a lifestyle. Harley-Davidson of Washington DC is coming off a record-breaking year with over 50% growth , and we are looking for the next generation of leaders to join the crew. We call our sales team FIT Specialists because we don't "push" bikes—we find the perfect fit for our riders. If you are hungry, reliable, and ready to hustle, we have a seat for you. FIT Specialist:
Get trained in our proven process. Level up to
FIT Specialist:
Take full control of your volume and earnings. Rise to Sr.
FIT Specialist:
Lead the pack and mentor the Juniors.
The Payoff Base:
$15/hour + Hourly pay for following our sales process.
The Reward:
Commission on every bike sold + Volume Bonuses.
The Goal:
Hit a modest goal of 10 bikes a month, and you'll be on track for an OTE (On-Target Earning) of ~$80,000/year. Are You the Right FIT?

You should have your motorcycle endorsement.
