This role is designed for a "Producer" who loves the boutique fitness lifestyle and thrives on the art of the close. You are the face and the heartbeat of the studio. While you will have significant support from our remote sales team — you are the Closer. You will collaborate with the remote team to provide a personal, high-vibe touch, ensuring every potential member is converted into a long-term part of our community.
Responsibilities The Close:
Take warm leads and trials and convert them into members through elite in-person hospitality and confident sales closing.
Sales Partnership:
Partner with our remote team on lead follow-up, ensuring a seamless "white-glove" experience from the first text to the first workout.
Social & Vibe:
Capture daily magic in the studio (photos and videos) to keep our social media authentic, high-energy, and reflective of our community.
Member Retention:
Be the "Culture Anchor" on the floor, recognizing member milestones and ensuring every person feels valued.
Events:
Plan and execute 2 to 4 monthly in-studio events and local partnerships to keep the F45 brand dominant in the community.
Operations:
Ensure the studio meets the "Presidential Standard" of cleanliness and brand aesthetics daily.
Requirements Sales Instinct:
You have a background in boutique fitness, high-end retail, or hospitality and are motivated by closing deals and hitting targets.
Brand Storyteller:
You are comfortable creating organic content and know how to showcase energy through social media.
Performance Driven:
You want a role where your compensation directly reflects your effort.
Presence:
This is a 100% in-studio role across our two local locations. Compensation & Incentives We believe in rewarding the hustle that builds our community.
Base Pay:
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
Aggressive Commission:
Earn on every new membership sign-up.
Fast Payouts:
Commissions are paid out biweekly to keep your momentum high.
Growth Bonuses:
Quarterly bonuses based on studio-wide membership growth.
Wait:
Do I need to be Certified? No. We are looking for a leader first. If you are already an instructor, that is great! If not, but you find yourself falling in love with the F45 modality, the option to become a certified instructor is available to you.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
