Automotive BDC Coordinator Our dealership is expanding, and we're seeking a driven BDC Coordinator to help manage customer communications and support our sales & service departments.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts Set and confirm appointments for service Provide excellent customer support and problem-solving Maintain CRM follow-up schedules Maintain Rental cars Work closely with department Service manager to meet daily and monthly goals

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal & written communication Strong organizational and multitasking ability Customer service or call-center experience preferred Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and phone systems Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
