Job Overview We are seeking an energetic Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support through sales, account management, and customer service. Your proactive communication skills will help us build lasting relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, is a "Take Charge Individual", who proactively seeks knowledge, with a "get it done" attitude, rather than relying solely upon training manuals or formalized classes and have previous experience in Special Events/Catering or Hospitality Sales. This role is crucial in orchestrating unforgettable events that align with our mission of making it happen for our customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning process. Collaborate with the sales team to develop project proposals, quotes, and customized event packages that meet client specifications. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients Manage customer accounts efficiently to track interactions, orders, and follow-ups. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the client base. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Provide ongoing account management and support to clients
Qualifications :
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with a preference being within the in hospitality, catering or special events sales or similar business development role Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and listen actively to client needs. Familiarity with project management tools and account management practices to handle multiple clients efficiently and effectively negotiate and close deals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client data and project timelines. Assist in coordinating logistics for events by liaising with vendors, managing schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of rental items.
