The Industrial Compliance Sales Support role is responsible for supporting the sales organization and customers by managing compliance-related requirements tied to electrical products, suppliers, and projects. This position serves as a liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and external customers to ensure all compliance documentation, regulatory requirements, and product data are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. The role is critical in supporting industrial customers—especially OEMs, contractors, and government accounts—who require detailed compliance documentation, certifications, and regulatory adherence as part of their purchasing process. Key Responsibilities Support Account Managers and Sales teams by providing required compliance documentation for customer orders and projects. Respond to customer requests related to Product Certifications, Country of Origin and Compliance Data. Assist with customer compliance portals, or documentation needs. Support quality and compliance programs aligned with company standards and ISO-based system. Education & Experience Experience preferred in: Sales support, supply chain, or compliance Electrical distribution, industrial supply, or MRO environments preferred Familiarity with electrical products and vendor documentation requirements is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills (internal coordination + customer-facing support). Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Eclipse) and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred). Analytical mindset.
Salary:
