This role is focused on converting warm and pre-qualified opportunities into signed contracts. In addition to running leads, reps will also help generate new business through door knocking, referrals, and self-generated opportunities, especially in storm-affected areas. Primary Responsibility (Main Focus) Run company-provided leads and appointments Meet homeowners on-site and perform inspections Build trust, educate the homeowner, and close the deal Document findings with photos and notes Follow up with prospects to secure signed contracts Secondary Responsibilities Knock doors around active jobs and storm-damaged neighborhoods Generate self-sourced leads and referrals Perform roof inspections (wind, hail, storm damage) Identify insurance-related damage and opportunities Assist homeowners with the insurance claim process Meet with insurance adjusters when required Prepare estimates (Xactimate or company system) Keep CRM (JobNimbus or similar) updated with all job activity Qualifications Sales experience preferred (especially closing, not just setting) Strong communication and confidence with homeowners Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors Reliable transportation Willing to canvass when needed Compensation & Perks High commission on closed deals Additional bonuses for self-generated leads Flexible schedule Ongoing training on roofing systems and insurance claims Growth opportunities within the company What We're Looking For Closers—not just talkers People who can take a lead and turn it into a deal Hustlers who want consistent income from provided opportunities Why Join TruePoint Construction We provide real leads—not just a clipboard and a neighborhood.
