Known for our rigid operational compliance and execution standards, we are expanding our contract acquisition team to support aggressive market growth. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, articulate, and detail-driven Business Development Associate to anchor our corporate bidding and contract proposal pipeline. In this role, you will work in direct proximity to executive leadership, owning the end-to-end process of responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), bids, and complex solicitations from both government entities and private enterprises. This is not a cold-calling sales position. Instead, it is a highly strategic, operations-focused business development role. You will be the administrative and technical engine that translates our corporate capabilities into winning, fully compliant commercial contracts. Training is available for the specific tasks required and nature in this role, but the skills required to be successful in this must be demonstrated through prior experience and education. Key Responsibilities 1. Proposal Operations & Form Management (60%)
Public Sector Compliance:
Review dense government solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, IFBs) to isolate mandatory submission rules. Complete complex vendor questionnaires, municipal forms, and certification paperwork with absolute accuracy. Private Sector Proposals:
Author, format, and compile polished, visually compelling proposals tailored to private corporate clients (commercial offices, medical facilities, retail hubs). Project Management:
Track the proposal lifecycle from initial intake to final submission, ensuring all moving parts (pricing inputs, insurance certificates, corporate references) align seamlessly ahead of strict legal deadlines. 2. Content & Information Architecture (25%) Build a Content Library:
Partner with executive and operational teams to extract technical data and construct a master database of reusable, high-quality answers regarding company safety, green cleaning protocols, and performance metrics. Credential Management:
Manage active corporate registrations on government procurement portals (e.g., SAM.gov) and monitor the maintenance of socio-economic and regional certifications. 3. Executive Growth Support (15%) Maintain the corporate business development pipeline, tracking upcoming contract renewal dates and public bid release calendars. Perform meticulous quality control, editing, and formatting on all outbound executive communications and presentation materials. Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
