About the Role We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an outside sales position, responsible for driving community outreach, implementing effective marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with referral sources to grow our client base. Ability to make 10-15 in person connections per day with various referral partners in Your Territory and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Amada's in-home care services. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (e.g., hospitals, senior centers, physicians, case managers, and community organizations). Represent Amada Senior Care at community events, health fairs, and networking groups. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI's). Collaborate with the internal care coordination team to ensure a seamless client onboarding process. Leverage digital marketing tools such as social media, SEO, and email campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Maintain accurate records and prospect data in the CRM system. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred,not required 2-3 years of sales and marketing and or Business Development experience (home healthcare, home care, or senior care experience strongly preferred). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
