We specialize in sports equipment, apparel, footwear, and custom team uniforms for football, baseball, basketball, softball, lacrosse, and many other sports. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated, energetic, and sports-minded individuals to join our team at our headquarters in Jessup, Maryland. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to reconnect with former customers, build relationships, and identify sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day. Your primary responsibility will be contacting former customers to determine their current needs, generate interest in our products, and help create new sales opportunities for our team. Key Responsibilities Make 70+ outbound calls daily to former customers. Re-engage customers and identify purchasing opportunities. Build strong relationships through professional and friendly communication. Prospect new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and customer follow-up. Assist customers with product questions, order status, and shipment inquiries. Set clear expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize online chat tools to assist website customers. Maintain and manage outbound call lists. Document customer interactions accurately. Attend regular team and company meetings. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in telemarketing, lead qualification, customer service, or inside sales required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Interest in sports and athletic equipment is a plus.
