Help Pet Owners and Vets Overcome Financial Barriers •This is an on-site, in-person position located in Timonium, Maryland for an individual• At our heart, we're in the business of compassion—facilitating the bond between veterinary professionals and pet owners by ensuring that financial constraints never stand in the way of quality pet care. What You'll Do:

As a vital member of our team, you'll handle multiple tasks related to managing accounts receivable for veterinary clinics.

Your role will involve:

Managing recurring billing while providing personalized support and solutions for pet owners. Demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills during sensitive conversations. Helping pet owners navigate payment options while maintaining positive and respectful relationships. Collaborating with banking and credit institutions to help streamline payment processes. Working closely with our veterinary clinic partners to resolve account concerns efficiently and professionally.

Our Ideal Candidate:

We're searching for someone who brings empathy, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude to every interaction. We are looking for someone who has: Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in all MS Office applications. A basic understanding of contractual and financial procedures. Fluent in Spanish preferred, but not required
