About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales role uses advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to customers. Your Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system Participate in weekly sales training sessions to strengthen your skills Use our software to design personalized bath solutions for homeowners Provide pricing and close sales consistently What We're Looking For Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Experience in in-home or outside sales (home improvement/remodeling is a plus) Reliable transportation and local residency required Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Outgoing and professional personality Compensation This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential .
