  • with SYNERGY HomeCare of Rockville, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and establish a strong presence in the Rockville, Maryland area. With a focus on building relationships and identifying potential clients, you will work closely with our care team to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform business development strategies
  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities, including community events and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans and services
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, referral sources, and healthcare providers
